A Little About My Journey
I am Delwar Hossan, an educator, law graduate, and the Founder and Director of Learner Care Ltd. A graduate of the University of London and the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), I have developed a professional journey centred on education, academic development, and supporting learners.
My work reflects a strong commitment to creating meaningful educational opportunities, encouraging academic growth, and connecting learners and professionals across international communities.
Academic Background

Academic Journey
My academic journey has been shaped by a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and academic excellence. I am a graduate of the University of London and the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol).
My educational background has provided a foundation for my work in education, learner development, and academic support.
What My Universities Taught Me
I began with the University of London’s Certificate of Higher Education in the Common Law and completed my LLB (Honours) in 2019. I was teaching and had taken on academic coordination at Southpoint School & College. Balancing those responsibilities meant making time for reading, writing and revision while remaining accountable to students and colleagues. It taught me what steady work looks like over several years.
At UWE Bristol, my LLM in Commercial Law gave me the chance to follow a question in much greater depth. Research and dissertation writing taught me to weigh competing sources, make my reasoning visible and revise a conclusion when the evidence called for it. Those habits now inform how I teach, how I write and what I ask a learner to check before making a decision.
The Work I Keep Coming Back To
Teaching is the work I most enjoy. At Southpoint I taught English, trained students and colleagues in debate, anchored sports and cultural programmes, and wrote and staged dramas. I also taught English in college and admissions coaching settings, including my own IBA preparation batches. Each setting asked me to pay attention to a different kind of audience. Read about my years at Southpoint or explore my experience teaching for admissions.
I speak and write in academic British English. In my teaching, I help students use that register with confidence in discussion, presentations and written work. Integrity matters to me in very practical ways. I check a source before relying on it, say when I need to verify an answer, and give students feedback they can act on in their own work.
Building Learner Care
In the UK, I’ve taught coding with Innovation Pod and presented hands-on science with Mother Nature Science. I moved into student recruitment with Kampus Group and Greenwich Central College. I progressed from education advice and marketing into consultancy management at GCC Education, and led a marketing and recruitment team at Wilor Ltd.
In February 2025, I founded Learner Care Ltd in London. I lead its work with applicants, education providers and colleagues in the UK and Bangladesh. I’m also developing Panta English, a bilingual book project that grew out of my interest in making spoken English useful to Bangla speakers.
